1. Introduction and Service Description
Founded in 2021, Renlar® provides unlimited design services for agencies, startups, and marketing teams globally. We offer professional graphics, websites, and video content through monthly subscriptions with dedicated designers, branded client portals, and unlimited revisions.
These terms and conditions govern services offered through www.renlar.com and all related platforms (collectively, the "Site").
Renlar services are provided by Tarkle, Inc. dba Renlar and its affiliates (collectively "Tarkle"), including Tarkle, Inc., Tarkle Limited, Tarkle Services, Inc., and other Tarkle entities operating globally. These entities are collectively referred to as "Renlar", "we", "us", or "our" and you as the user.
By using our platforms or services, you confirm that you have reviewed, comprehended, and consent to follow this Agreement. You are responsible for following your local laws and regulations when accessing our services.
2. Service Plans
Renlar offers three primary service plans:
Graphics Plan ($1,295/month): Includes 2 concurrent design projects, graphic design and branding, illustrations and social media content, video editing and motion graphics, Slack collaboration, and 24-48 hour average turnaround time. No contract, cancel anytime.
Bundle Plan ($1,995/month): For businesses that need graphics, video, website design and development. Includes everything in Graphics, 3 concurrent projects, website and landing page design, app design and design systems, Webflow or Framer development, 24-48 hour delivery for graphics, and 3-5 days average for websites. No contract, cancel anytime.
Agency Plan ($2,495/month - White-label): For agencies serving multiple clients with design and development. Includes everything in Bundle, 4 concurrent projects, white-label features, custom portal domain, and your agency logo and colors. No contract, cancel anytime.
Additional Services: Custom services beyond standard plan offerings are available for purchase separately via custom quote. Pricing for additional services is determined on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed upon before work begins.
Important Disclaimers: Prices and project limits are subject to change without notice for new users. Existing users will be informed 30 calendar days before any changes affecting their service. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Services offered are subject to change without notice for new users, with 30 days notice provided to existing users.
Webflow and Framer development services are included in our Bundle and Agency plans based on availability. While we strive to offer comprehensive development options, there is no guarantee that any specific service will always be available to request. If there is overcapacity, technical limitations, or unavailability of a particular service, we will inform you promptly and work with you to provide alternative solutions or plans that meet your needs.
Services are provided by hired professional designers and developers employed or contracted by Tarkle. All team members are thoroughly vetted, background checked, and rigorously tested for quality assurance before joining our team. However, design is inherently a subjective field, and while we maintain high standards and strive for excellence in all deliverables, we cannot guarantee that every design will perfectly match individual client taste or preferences. We are committed to working closely with you through our unlimited revision process to ensure your satisfaction with the final deliverables.
3. Account Requirements and Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use our services. By using our platforms, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. You commit to provide true and complete account information, keep your account details current, maintain login credential security, report any unauthorized access immediately, and take responsibility for all account activity.
Renlar may terminate your account without advance notice if we determine you have broken this Agreement, shared account access with unauthorized parties, misused our services, treated our team inappropriately, or used services for unlawful purposes.
4. Pricing and Payment
Renlar reserves the right to change service prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes apply to new purchases and renewals. Continuing to use our services after a price change indicates your acceptance of the new rates.
We offer month-to-month subscription plans (no minimum commitment required) and one-time service purchases paid at advertised or quoted rates. Pricing varies depending on the plan and services selected.
Payment Methods: All subscription payments and one-time purchases are processed exclusively via credit card through our secure payment processor (Stripe). Bank transfers (ACH), wire transfers, or other payment methods are available only and exclusively for yearly billing plans upon request.
We do not currently accept PayPal, Wise, or other third-party payment services for standard transactions. However, we reserve the right to add, modify, or change accepted payment methods at any time. If we make changes to available payment methods, we will inform customers accordingly.
All payments are due upon invoice receipt. By registering for our services, you authorize Renlar to charge your chosen payment method. Overdue payments will incur monthly interest of 1.5% on unpaid balances, or the maximum rate allowed by local law, whichever is lower.
5. Subscription Agreement
Our services may include subscription-based plans with automatically recurring payments for periodic charges ("Subscription Service"). The "Subscription Billing Date" is the date when you purchase your first subscription to the Service.
5.1 Subscription Periods and Renewal
The Subscription Service begins on the Subscription Billing Date and continues for the subscription period you select on your account (such period, the "Initial Subscription Period"). The subscription will automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration as the Initial Subscription Period (the Initial Subscription Period and each renewal period, each a "Subscription Period") unless you cancel the Subscription Service or we terminate it.
5.2 Authorization to Charge
If you activate a Subscription Service, you authorize Renlar or its third-party payment processors to periodically charge, on a going-forward basis and until cancellation of the Subscription Service, all accrued sums on or before the payment due date. Information on the recurring fee charged by Renlar for access to the Subscription Service during each Subscription Period ("Subscription Fee") is available on our Pricing Page or otherwise described in the Service.
5.3 Automatic Billing
Your account will be charged automatically on the Subscription Billing Date and thereafter on the renewal date of your Subscription Service for all applicable fees and taxes for the next Subscription Period. Renlar or its third-party payment processor will bill the periodic Subscription Fee to the payment method associated with your account or that you otherwise provide to us.
5.4 Cancellation Requirements
You may cancel your Subscription Service at any time through our self-service billing portal or by contacting us at support@renlar.com. To ensure your cancellation is processed before the next billing cycle, you must submit your cancellation request during business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) and before your renewal date.
Important Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests submitted during weekends or non-business days will not be honored as our support inbox is not monitored during these times. To ensure your cancellation is effective and processed before your next renewal charge, it must be submitted during business hours on a business day before the renewal date.
You must cancel your Subscription Service at least 24 hours before it renews in order to avoid billing of the next periodic Subscription Fee to your account. Cancellations received after the renewal date will prevent future charges but will not refund the current billing period.
6. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated below. By making payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our service scope, understood the terms, and made an informed purchasing decision.
7-Day Refund Guarantee (First Payment Only): We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee exclusively for new customers on their first subscription payment. This guarantee allows you to try our services risk-free. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.
Important Limitations:
- The 7-day guarantee applies ONLY to the first payment of a new customer's first subscription
- All subsequent subscription renewals are non-refundable
- Plan upgrades, downgrades, or changes are non-refundable
- One-time service purchases are non-refundable
- Additional services purchased separately via custom quote are non-refundable
- The guarantee does NOT apply to returning customers or customers with previous subscriptions
- Invoice-based services and yearly billing payments are non-refundable, whether for new or existing clients
Once you have used the 7-day guarantee on your first payment, all future payments—including renewals, upgrades, one-time purchases, and any other transactions—are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

7. Project Delivery and Timelines
Clients must take delivery of completed work immediately upon notification. We do not guarantee availability of files after initial delivery notification. You are solely responsible for managing project timelines relative to your service period. We cannot guarantee project completion if insufficient service time remains.
You have seven days from file delivery to review and request necessary changes. We prioritize corrections reported during this review period. Change requests received after seven days will be handled at our discretion based on available capacity.
When your service period ends for any reason, we immediately stop all work on your projects regardless of completion status. It is your responsibility to manage project timelines and ensure adequate service time for project completion.
8. Intellectual Property and Ownership
Upon full payment of service fees, you retain exclusive ownership of all completed design work delivered during your active service period. This ownership transfer is contingent upon compliance with this Agreement and full payment of all fees.
In cases of non-payment, chargebacks, or payment disputes, all intellectual property rights immediately revert to Renlar. You forfeit all ownership claims to any work created during the disputed period. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate loss of all work ownership rights, permanent account ban, and potential legal action.
9. Account Deletion and Data Retention
Accounts are automatically deleted 6 months after service cancellation. This includes removal of all project files and data, deletion of account access credentials, and permanent loss of all stored materials with no recovery options available.
You are solely responsible for backing up and securing all important files before service cancellation. We recommend downloading all necessary materials well before your service end date.
10. Portfolio and Marketing Rights
Renlar reserves the right to share design work created for clients across our global digital channels, including social media, websites, portfolios, and marketing materials, unless restricted by executed Non-Disclosure Agreements. We may identify you as our customer and use your name and logo in our marketing materials unless you provide written notice with reasonable restrictions.
Renlar automatically collects customer feedback and reviews at project completion. By using our services, you agree that we may use your feedback publicly. To maintain privacy, we display only your first name alongside review content. Your reviews become the property of Renlar and may be used for marketing purposes.
11. Respect and Conduct Policy
Renlar maintains professional standards for all interactions with our staff globally. The following behaviors will result in immediate account suspension with no refund: use of slurs, offensive language, or discriminatory terms; abusive language or threatening communication; harassment of any kind toward team members; discriminatory behavior based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, ancestry, or national origin.
Violation results in instant account suspension, permanent ban from all services, forfeiture of all work ownership rights, no refund of any payments made, and potential legal action where applicable.
12. Non-Solicitation Policy
By purchasing Renlar services, you agree not to solicit, recruit, or attempt to hire any Renlar team member, accept solicitation from team members for outside work, engage in employment discussions with our staff, or facilitate connections between our team members and third parties for employment.
This non-solicitation agreement applies during the entire duration of your active service and for four years following the end of your service. Violations will result in immediate termination of services with no refund, legal action to enforce the agreement, monetary damages, and permanent ban from all services.
13. Limitation of Liability
Renlar's total liability for any claims shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00 USD) or local currency equivalent, regardless of cause of action. All services are provided "as is" and "as available" globally. Renlar makes no warranties and disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and protect Renlar from claims arising from your use of our services, breaches of these Terms, or violations of third-party rights.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, or the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming.
The parties agree to bring claims against each other only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action. Any cause of action or claim must be commenced within one year after the cause of action occurs.
15. Changes to Terms
Renlar reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notification to users. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We may notify you of significant changes through email, platform notifications, or updates posted on our website.

By continuing to use Renlar services in any capacity, you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Service in their entirety. These terms apply equally to all users, whether you are a new client, existing client, or former client returning to use our services. Each time you access our platforms, submit a project, make a payment, or interact with our services, you reaffirm your acceptance of these Terms of Service as they exist at that time.
