All payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated below. Renlar offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers only on their first subscription payment. All other payments—including renewals, upgrades, one-time purchases, and invoice-based services—are final and non-refundable.

This policy applies to all Renlar services including:

  • Monthly subscriptions (Graphics, Bundle, and Agency plans)
  • Single project purchases and one-time services
  • Custom projects and additional services purchased via quote
  • White-label add-on services (Agency plan)
  • Invoice-based services and yearly billing payments

Global Application: This policy applies to all customers worldwide who use Renlar services, regardless of location. By subscribing or purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Customers Only)

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee exclusively for new customers on their first subscription payment only. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.

To be eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee:

  • You must be a first-time customer (never previously subscribed to Renlar)
  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your first payment
  • This applies only to monthly subscription plans (Graphics, Bundle, or Agency)
  • The refund is only available for the initial subscription purchase

2.2 What is NOT Eligible for Refund

The following are NOT eligible for refund under any circumstances:

  • All subscription renewals - Second month and beyond are non-refundable
  • Returning customers - If you previously subscribed and canceled, you are not eligible for the 7-day guarantee on any future purchases
  • Old customers coming back - Previous customers who resubscribe after any period of time are not eligible
  • Plan upgrades or downgrades - Changing from one plan to another is non-refundable
  • Plan changes - Any modifications to your subscription are non-refundable
  • One-time service purchases - Single projects purchased separately are non-refundable
  • Custom projects - Projects purchased via custom quote are non-refundable
  • Additional services - Any services purchased separately or as add-ons are non-refundable
  • Invoice-based services - Services purchased via invoice (including yearly billing) are non-refundable for both new and existing clients
  • Yearly billing payments - All yearly payments are final and non-refundable

3. Service-Specific Non-Refund Terms

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription payments for Graphics, Bundle, and Agency plans are non-refundable after the initial 7-day guarantee period (for new customers only). Subscriptions are month-to-month with no minimum commitment required. You can cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

3.2 Single Project Services and One-Time Purchases

All single project purchases and one-time services are final and non-refundable. Once payment is processed for any individual project or service purchased separately from a subscription, the payment cannot be refunded under any circumstances. This includes projects purchased by invoice.

3.3 Custom Projects and Additional Services

Any custom projects or additional services purchased via quote are final and non-refundable. These services are tailored to your specific needs and are billed separately from standard subscription plans. All payments for custom work are non-refundable regardless of customer status (new or returning).

3.4 White-Label Services (Agency Plan)

All white-label features included in the Agency plan (custom portal domain, agency logo and colors, etc.) are non-refundable. The 7-day guarantee applies only to new customers on their first Agency plan payment. All renewals, upgrades to Agency, or returning customers purchasing Agency are non-refundable.

3.5 Invoice-Based Services and Yearly Billing

All payments made via invoice, including yearly billing arrangements, are final and non-refundable. The 7-day money-back guarantee does NOT apply to invoice-based services or yearly payments, regardless of whether you are a new or existing customer. By requesting invoice-based billing, you acknowledge and agree that all such payments are final.

4. Subscription Renewal and Management

4.1 No Renewal Refunds

We do not refund renewal subscription payments for any reason. The 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to your first payment as a new customer. All subsequent monthly renewals are final and non-refundable. It is your responsibility to track your subscription and cancel before the next renewal period if you no longer wish to continue.

4.2 Cancellation Process

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the self-service billing portal or by contacting us. However, to ensure cancellation is effective and processed before your next renewal charge, cancellation requests must be submitted during business days (Monday-Friday) before the renewal date.

Cancellation requests submitted during weekends or non-business days may not be honored as our inboxes are not monitored outside of business hours. To guarantee your cancellation is processed in time, please submit your request during business days well before your renewal date.

4.3 Accidental Renewal Policy

If you forget to cancel your subscription and our system processes the renewal payment, we will not issue any refund under any conditions. You can cancel your subscription after an accidental renewal to prevent future charges, and access to the service will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

5. Informed Purchase Agreement and Terms Acceptance

By subscribing to or purchasing any Renlar services, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept these refund policy terms. This includes understanding the limitations of the 7-day guarantee and the non-refundable nature of all other payments.

By making a payment for Renlar services, you acknowledge that you have:

  • Reviewed the service offerings for Graphics, Bundle, and Agency plans
  • Understood the concurrent project limits for each plan
  • Understood that the 7-day guarantee applies only to new customers' first payment
  • Understood that renewals, upgrades, and returning customer purchases are non-refundable
  • Understood that invoice-based services and yearly billing are non-refundable
  • Understood that one-time services and custom projects are non-refundable
  • Made an informed purchasing decision with full knowledge of this refund policy
  • Agreed to be bound by these terms by completing your purchase

5.1 Agreement Documentation

Our system records your acceptance of these terms upon signup and purchase. This documentation may be presented to financial institutions in any payment dispute as proof of your informed consent to this policy.

5.2 Ongoing Agreement

Each continued use of our services, including submitting projects, accessing your dashboard, allowing subscription renewals, or making additional purchases, constitutes renewed acceptance of this refund policy.

6. Service Access and Billing Cycles

Your access to Renlar services remains active until the end of your paid period:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Billed monthly, access continues until billing cycle ends
  • Single Projects: Access to submit and receive one project as advertised
  • Custom Projects: Access terms defined in your custom quote
  • White-Label Features (Agency): Features remain active for the duration of your service period

If you cancel your subscription, you maintain full access until the end of your current billing period.

7. Work Ownership and Non-Usage Policy

7.1 Work Ownership Rights

All design work created during your active service period remains your property according to our Terms of Service. Upon cancellation or service end, you retain full ownership rights to all completed and delivered work from your paid service period.

7.2 Non-Usage Policy

Renlar is not responsible for and cannot refund services due to non-usage. If you do not use the service during your active period, you may cancel to prevent future charges (for subscriptions), but no refund will be issued for the current period—including for new customers after the 7-day guarantee period has expired.

Important Non-Usage Terms:

  • No refunds will be issued if you don't use the service but keep it active
  • Service fees are charged regardless of how many projects you submit
  • It is your responsibility to cancel subscriptions if you no longer need the service
  • Non-usage does not constitute grounds for refund after the 7-day guarantee period (new customers) or for any other non-refundable payments
  • This applies to all service types globally

Whether you submit zero projects or reach your limits, the service fee remains the same. Our pricing model is based on service availability and team allocation, not usage volume.

8. Account Termination Rights

Renlar reserves the right to terminate service to accounts exhibiting:

  • Payment disputes or unauthorized chargebacks
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Harassment of our team members
  • Misuse of our platform or services

Account termination due to policy violations does not result in refunds for any services purchased, including for new customers even within the 7-day guarantee period if violations occur.

9. Chargeback Policy

By purchasing any Renlar services, you agree that chargebacks are not acceptable given our clear refund policy (7-day guarantee for new customers only on first payment). This agreement may be presented to financial institutions in payment disputes.

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:

  • Immediate loss of all work ownership rights
  • Permanent account ban from all Renlar services
  • Potential debt collection action where legally permitted
  • Legal action to recover costs and damages where applicable

If you have a legitimate billing dispute, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. For new customers within the 7-day guarantee period, we will honor refund requests made through proper channels.

10. Payment Terms and Processing

10.1 Payment Structure

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Month-to-month billing with no minimum commitment for Graphics, Bundle, and Agency plans
  • Single Projects: One-time payment per project at advertised rates
  • Custom Projects: Pricing determined by custom quote
  • Additional Services: Priced per service or quote
  • Invoice-Based Services: Available for yearly billing and custom arrangements

10.2 Currency and Processing

All payments are processed through secure payment processors. Payments are charged in your local currency where available. All payments are final once processed, subject only to the 7-day guarantee for eligible new customer first payments.

11. Legal Compliance and Exceptions

11.1 Limited Exceptions

The only exceptions to this refund policy are: (1) the 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers on their first subscription payment, and (2) where explicitly required by applicable consumer protection law. In cases of duplicate charges due to technical errors, we will correct such errors promptly, but this does not constitute a refund of legitimately charged services.

11.2 Legal Compliance

This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in all regions where we operate. Where local law requires specific consumer protections beyond the 7-day guarantee, we will comply accordingly.
